What You'll Do:

Open/close the shop and oversee cash handling

Lead by example at every station (donuts, coffee, soft serve, drive-thru/POS)

Keep drive-thru times under 3 minutes during peak

What You'll Do:
Soft Serve Specialist
Beyond the technical skill of running the machines and making the perfect swirl, this role is about creating a moment of happiness with every order - ensuring that guests leave feeling like they got something special, and are eager to return. Happy Stacks and Perfects will be the stars of our menu and one of the reasons we are unique. You will be in charge of making them beautiful.

Donut Specialist
As a Donut Specialist at Happy Place Homemade, you'll prepare, fry, glaze and finish every donut. You will ensure batter and frying temperature are consistent, and glazes are applied on warm, fresh donuts to ensure they hold the perfect glaze. Donuts are our foundation here at Happy Place and every batch made from scratch must be consistent and delicious.

Coffee/Refresher Specialist
Coffee makes Happy Place a habit, not just a treat. Guests come back daily for consistency, and your role ensures they trust us to deliver every time. You will be the Connoisseur of Craft Beverages at Happy Place, charged with ensuring every beverage meets the Happy Place Standard.

Prepare hot coffee, cold brew, refreshers, whipped cream, cold foam, and seasonal drinks

Cashier - Drive-Thru and Front of House
Why this role matters:
You’re the first smile guests see and the last impression they leave with. You’ll make Happy Place feel like more than a shop - you’ll make it feel like home.
Unlike the Team Member role, this application is specifically for Cashiers - the heartbeat of our front of house and drive-thru.
What You'll Do:
