There's a certain magic to the first crisp morning of fall. The air smells different, everyone suddenly wants something warm in their hands, and around here, that's our cue to fill the case with the flavors of the season.
Fall has officially arrived at Happy Place, and we could not be more excited about what's coming out of our Medford kitchen this month.
The flavors we're falling for
October at Happy Place tastes like a hayride. We're leaning into all the cozy classics: apple cider, pumpkin, caramel, and butterscotch, woven through our donuts, soft serve, and drinks. And don't worry, the Happy Place favorites you know and love aren't going anywhere. Think of the fall menu as your favorites, plus a whole new lineup of seasonal treats to fall for.
All about the apple cider
If we had to pick a star of the season, it would be apple cider. It's the flavor that says “fall” more than any other, so we're giving it the spotlight it deserves
Our apple cider donuts are exactly what you're craving on a cool day: warm, spiced, and made fresh from scratch. And when you want that cider feeling with a little chill, our frozen apple cider and Cider Mill Float bring the orchard right to the counter. It's fall in a cup, and it might just become your new October ritual.
Made in the Test Kitchen
Here's a little peek behind the curtain: almost everything new starts in our Test Kitchen. It's where we get to play, experiment, and chase down the ideas that make us go “oh, people are going to love this.”
The Test Kitchen is a big part of why our menu changes with the seasons. We never want a visit to feel the same twice. As the weather shifts, so does the case, which means there's always a reason to come back and see what we've dreamed up next. Some ideas become instant classics. Some are here for a good time, not a long time. All of them come from the same place: our love of making something that makes you smile.
